deltaVision, a fast-scaling space company and manufacturer of fluidic systems for launchers, satellites, lunar landers and orbital servicing vehicles, has raised €10.2 million in its first funding round from both private industrial family offices and venture capital investors. Founded in 2022, deltaVision has been profitable since inception, has space heritage since 2025, and today employs 125 staff and produces in a former Siemens plant in central Munich. With the capital raised, deltaVision is expanding production of valves and further propulsion components to 5,000 units per year to keep pace with rising demand.
Beyond the capacity increase, the company accelerates its roadmap towards a modular, interoperable technology stack for orbital refuelling. deltaVision is building the component and subsystem foundation of a refuelling ecosystem: from fluidic couplers and utility interfaces that make satellites serviceable to integrated refuelling modules that allow for propellant storage and transfer in orbit.
deltaVision’s products control every type of fluid, propellant and pressurant. Valves, pumps and pressure regulators form the cardiovascular system of spacecraft and launchers. Demand for these components now outpaces the traditional supply chain, resulting in longlead times. This issue is well documented and straining space programmes around the globe. deltaVision is closing this gap with scalable product designs and a manufacturing flow that is designed for reliability, scalability and lead times as short as weeks.
The company supplies more than 60 customers across four continents, ranging from start-ups to the industry’s major primes and space agencies. Among the programmes deltaVision is involved in is the European flagship project “Argonaut”, a large lunar lander. Here, deltaVision works with the European Space Agency (ESA) as the end customer. For each Argonaut mission, deltaVision is supplying around 50 individual products, including closed-loop pressure-regulation subsystems.
deltaVision deliberately selected family offices and VCs with strong industrial and commercial backgrounds. The round is led by KT Ventures and Valemount Capital, both doubling down on their commitment after an earlier convertible loan, with participation from Futury Capital and significant involvement from additional private investors through a newly created investment vehicle.

An interoperable ecosystem will dramatically increase the overall market size and hence benefit every single stakeholder. deltaVision is building the technology to connect spacecraft in orbit and execute propellant and fluid transfer.”
Johannes Pichler, KT Ventures, one of the round’s lead investors, added: “We’re not investing in a promise — we’re investing in a profitable business model with enormous tailwind and international growth opportunities.”
In the newly established French subsidiary, deltaVision SASU, located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, the company plans to build up R&D and production of sensing and intelligence products for fluidic systems. A further near-term objective is to build up production capacity for valves in the United States, the world’s most important space market.
Overall, the fresh capital will help deltaVision to industrialize further and to expand its value proposition towards integrated systems.
